may 20: zucchini noodles with tahini spinach sauce topped with chickpeas and soft boiled egg

may 21: pumpkin lentil shephard's pie

may 22: plain Yoplait yoghurt with homemade granola, Freedom Foods rice flakes and banana

may 23: zucchini noodles with lentil bolognese, sauteed garlic spinach and mushrooms, cherry tomatoes

may 24: scrambled egg with spinach and smoked salmon, avocado, wholemeal english muffin and salad

may 25: homemade wholemeal bagel (L: cream cheese with cherry tomatoes and avocado, R: smoked salmon, avocado and soft boiled egg)
