may 6: sweet potato toasts (L: cos lettuce, smashed avocado and cherry tomatoes, R: plain yoghurt and strawberry chia seed jam)

may 7: tomato egg cup, avocado and zucchini noodles with toast

may 8: pumpkin soup topped with roasted chickpeas

may 9: hong kong style breakfast - plain congee, porkfloss and shallot and egg pancake

may 10: japanese style curry with brown rice and sunny side up

may 11: roasted pumpkin, zucchini noodles with mushroom bolognese, wholegrain english muffin with avocado

may 12: pumpkin waffles topped with greek yoghurt
