june 9: oatmeal pancakes with bananas and berries

june 12: soba, salmon and soft boiled egg (on a bed of lettuce)

june 13: japanese curry with tomato basmati rice, lettuce and steak

june 14: shirataki japchae with too many sesame seeds

ingredients: asian chives, wood ear, chicken breast, brown onion, carrot
