This month was mostly me making the most of the one month Amazon Prime free trial (feat. snacks and ice-cream)

A black sesame pancake enjoyed at the office at an ungoldly hour (cold, but still very, very delicious)
With the office being within walking distance to a Hanaro Mart, I went to go pick up my potato snacks as usualy, but left with nothing but disappointment since the container shipment hadn't arrived yet...
That doesn't mean I left empty handed though - picked up a bag of spicy prawn crackers instead 😌
Late nights at the office usually means snacks, but with this night being particularly late, we snacked(?) on sushi instead.
Nothing screams the weekend better than fried chicken. Sue me, but I actually prefer the Southern style fried chicken to the Korean kind.

I admit, I am somewhat of a hoarder. The thought of running out of makeup when I need it just doesn't sit well with me, which is why I also stock up when I go to Korea/Hong Kong.
Unfortunately(?) I only have one face, which means that I can only use so much at a time, and thus am left with the heartbreaking task of clearing out expired makeup every year or so.
What was two boxes, not fits comfortably into one shoebox...
It's been a while since I made roasted chickpeas, so I made the most of the weekend and used the last can we had in the pantry.
So crunchy and flavourful, but minus the guilt when you find yourself finishing off almost half in one sitting...
1:00pm starts mean a quick breakfast before a long afternoon at work.
Today's mission: make homamde baked beans, hash potatoes, freshly squeezed orange juice
The baked beans definitely tasted better than the previous version that I made.
Almost an hour later... a hearty hotel breakfast, with the homemade baked beans being the star of the show.
Not pictured: a delicious cup of freshly squeezed orange juice that took a total of 5 oranges to fill a (not even) 250ml cup
Featuring lovely new terracotta plates from Aldi 🥰

Finally getting around to making more granola since the yoghurt in our fridge is almost approaching it's expiry date.
My go-to flavour is gingerbread ♥️
Usually I would toast it in our smaller toast oven, but decided for a bit of a change and used our big oven instead - it definitely took a bit longer than usual (probably around 15 miunutes more?), but it was easier to keep an eye on it to take it out before parts started burning, which is always good.
Cooled off and into a jar with raisins to finish off.
