It's been so long since I've typed my thoughts out like this, that I really don't know where to begin - so please bear with me as I try to piece words together.
From tumblr, livejournal, blogspot, to wordpress, I've been through so many blogs and phases these past few years, but somehow still managed to find myself without a place to post my thoughts and photos of my travels/food/hobbies. I guess I never really seemed to warm up to any of the aforementioned platforms. Partly because I 'got over' or sick of the name of the blogs after a while, and also because I found myself focusing too much on posting one topic (ie. travel photos) leaving me feeling limited in what I could post. (Who am I kidding though, it just has 100% to do with me being lazy...)
But here I am, posting on what seems like my 5th blog, fingers crossed that this place will be the one where I can call my forever home blog.
This year has been a big year of change and realizations for me, and although I initially started planning to start a new brand and blog back in March, I honestly haven't had the time until now to semi-organize my thoughts. But like the title of the post suggests, despite not having a 100% clear vision on what posts I'm going to make and when I'm going to get around to posting them all, I'm just going to bite the bullet - jump in the deep end - and make my first introductory post.
As you would have seen, I'm currently making my way through my 'what I ate this week' series, and without putting a deadline on it, I hope to be caught up-to-date soon before making my way through posting old travel/star photos as well as photos of current projects.
I'm still not sure as to how I'm going to sort these into categories, but for now, here are some of the topics and kinds of posts that I plan on posting
- photos of travel, food, celebrities, hobbies
- reviews and recommendations of food/brands, tv shows, anime, books, movies
- thoughts and words
But for now, the goal of this blog is just for me to hopefully look back on this space at the end of the year and say to myself "I've done something wonderful" (Epik High, 2017).
coming soon (possibly): the idea behind the name, 'ordinary is okay'
Watch this space.
